You helped ensure that Clare & Martin had there "Dream Wedding" and I was able to completely relax knowing the reception was in your capable hands.

Many thanks for the amazing job you did for us at the Masterchef Live Expo at London Olympia, your brief was to assist us with the catering and event management for our "Roast to Go" stand within the Restaurant Experience. We wanted to showcase the high quality food we offer at the restaurant keeping the theme typically British with a clean fresh professional image. You were meticulous in your planning and execution of the event, the stand was impeccable and was certainly one of the highlights of the show, your staffing was superb in its approach and very professional, we catered for 4000 guests over 3 days and its through your planning and management that made it easy and lots of fun,. I am looking forward to see you at the ExCel in Dec for the Taste of Christmas Expo and you were highly commended by James Martin for your hard work

What a fantastic time we all had at our company Away Day in West Wittering on Friday. I have no idea how you managed to produce such fabulously delicious food for all of us under the burning sunshine but you did. THANK YOU. Everyone told me how much they enjoyed the food and how lovely it all looked. The salmon was mouth watering and the desserts to die for! The waiters were attentive and you catered extremely well for our every need. As soon as I have the date for next year, consider yourself booked.
